first you have to submit cancellation application after approval you will have to file GSTR 10 Final return within 90 days

First file application of cancellation. after approval pf cancellation application you need to file gstr 10
Firstly file application for cancellation of registrationin in GST login and file nill returns till the approval of cancellation . Later you can file Gstr-10 after cancellation.
