My GSTN number is 36APVPM8226J1Z5 & legal Name is RAFIUZAMA MOHAMMAD. I applied for GST Registration cancellation as my turnover is below 20 lakhs on 08/04/2018 on online vide ARN AA360418005748Z and before applying for cancellation I filled GSTR1 and GSTR3 up to March 2018.
As of now that status is saying “Pending for processing”. When I contacted GST Helpline number the reply is “Wait”. And everything will be available at website.
You are hereby requested to let us know the status of the Cancellation. So that we can go ahead with our activities with reference to issue of Invoices to our clients, whether we should submit GST Tax invoice or not to our clients. As our turn over for the financial year 2017-18 is below 20 lakhs. Not only for financial year 2017-18, but also for the last 7 years also our turn over is less than 10 lakhs.
Hope the clarification will be clarified on priority.

i also have applied my client's GSTIN cancellation on 01st feb after filing GSTR3B and GSTR1 of January month.. Till today status ispending for processing. Whether I need to file feb and march returns?
Raise complain on grievance portal... Same is sorted out soon...

Contact the State officer of your jurisdiction. His name will be there in the GST Registration certificate issued to you and raise the complaint and take acknowledgement.
dear sir, my name is sandeep kothari and i too applied online for my gst cancellation on 18th april but till today that is 25th of july, 2018 the status shows under process. in your answers i saw that you wrote to contact the state officer of our jurisdiction so please can u tell me if that is possible online or do we have to approach their office etc. because my CA is not aware of exact procedure.

you have to go personally to your jurisdiction office. In your GST Registration copy contains name of the jurisdiction officer. You have to contact him.
In my case I went to jurisdiction office, they checked filling of returns till the date of approaching them as you have applied for cancellation in April you still have to file returns, if your returns are 100% go and approach the officer it will be done in 2 days.
i thought if it was given online facility it should have been done online but it seems we need to visit them only.

in the cancellation that i applied i get details as jurisdiction : range I
mumbai nodal division 10
so how can i know the place address or name of the person whom i have to meet?

i have downloaded many times the same certificate and it has only my details but under the section below signature that is name, designation and jurisdictional officer its blank. then there is date of issue and on page 2 and 3 again my details.
there is no any name address. nothing
i stay in dahisar n my pin code is 400068
as per that i tried to search on net but i am not getting any address or any name of any officer. even my CA has no idea.
can you help me out with the same if possible or atleast if you give me the address where u visited then may be i can go same place and check if mine can be done there or not

In my GST Registration Certificate name of ACTO is reflected and I contacted the same person at his office.
