I'm transport having GST no...Gst paid by receiver as per RCM...
i filed all return till March 2018..from 1st April 2018 to Today not filed any return....now it's very difficult for me to maintain data so I want to cancel my GST registration...
So can I cancel registration today without filling return from April 18 to till???

Without filing of returns Don't be cancel the gstin. Better to file up-to date returns and after You will go to Cancel the registration...
