Gst cancellation

Dear All, We have applied for GST cancellation recetly and we got notice to file clarification. Tax Officer is asking for additional details to be submit (LETTER OF UNDER TAKING TO BE GIVEN FOR TAX LIABILITIES).

Please let me know the next procedure and also please share any letter format if any which we need to attach while filing clarification.
