I filed application for gst cancellation on 7th April but till now it is not cancelled.
Whether I need to file returns(nil) till the time my registration is cancelled?
Dear Madam,
You are liable to file your returns only till April 7th , check for any transaction if so file the April month returns, further please make sure you have paid all the liabilities or anything is pending for the previous months
if so , you can make voluntary payment in the services options,
Please refer Sec.29 of CGST Act 2017 for further clarification on cancellation if any.
