I got registered to GST because my turnover is more than 20 lakhs. Now the threshold has been increased to 40 lakhs.
If my turnover is Below 40 lakhs, can I apply for GST cancellation?
In current situation No more notifications about 40lakhs...
But,
If / after availability of Notification then You can. Before settle Your all liabilities under GST...
