Gst cancelation is pending for processing

My Gst cancelation aplication Form 16 is pending for processing from 20 june(approx 40 days), and not getting cancelled, what should i do

I think you mean it's pending since 20th May....... Jurisdiction office have to take appropriate actions within 30 days from the date of application.
if there is no action, it should be treated deemed cancellation.
you may take follow up with your jurisdiction officer

* It will be cancelled after filing of Annual return.
* In case any outstanding liability then Pay with interest*
*In case any pending returns file the returns...

If You don't have any liabilities and Pending returns then Wait on Your turn for filing Annual Return.

Taxpayers can check jurisdiction through ‘Search Taxpayer’ option available on GST portal.

Agree with Raja Sir...
Sir I think it would be FINAL Return u/s 45 instead of Annual Return.

Final Return has to be filed electronically in FORM GSTR 10 through the common portal by the Registered Person within 3 Months from the :

a). Date of Cancellation
or
b). Date of order of Cancellation,

whichever is LATER.

Iske baad fy 2018-19 ka annual return pending ho jayega.... Circle stop kese hoga

Should we file GSTR 3b, GSTR 1 even after surrender of GST registration on Deptt website till final cancellation of registration by Deptt officer

Sir

This is a case of surrender as asessee is no longer liable to pay tax as the turover is below 20 lac. How to fill the figures in GSTR-3B ? If the tax has to be paid ?
