Hi everyone, One of client has closed partnership business on 31.3.2020. Due to lock down he has not taken stamp paper for dissolution deed.
1. What should be done? Can he take stamp paper now?
2. And the second partner is continuing the business which has to be draft in dissolution deed right? Now he want to apply for fresh gst registration. Can he do so in the same office before cancellation of gst registration?

You may reconstitute and continue the firm also retain GST with necessary amendments

2. yes he can but ,the office of new registrant must be separated by any partition . means can be separate cabin under same office.
