there is application called vyapar for issuing invoice.is that enough for issuing invoives or should i maintain bill book? pls reply thanks in advance.

Bill book not necessary for every time, if you issued from the software you should keep the hard copy of supplier(triplicate, third copy).

It's depending on volume of transactions.
