I have sent bills for engineering services consultancy (SAC 998332) to 3 parties in July with GST. But we have received payments from 1 party only. Then we have to pay for only 1 or both 3 parties.

If we are billing for engineering consultany fee, we need require parties/client GSTIN?

If your client is registered, you must mention his GSTIN so as to pass on the credit.
