GST before & After_Reg

Dear Sir,I have some doubt at our GST, Before GST Invoice Value is Rs.67,411/- (Including ST -15%) that invoice we were not booked.Now if we raised invoice can we collected GST on Total Value or Basic Value? otherwise Invoice Value :( 67,411+ 12,134 ) Can we prepare? How can we Prepare Please give me suggestion.
