Yes, GST audit will be applicable if your turnover exceeds Rs. 2 crores including April to June'17 sales.

Rs.2 crore Turnover limit for GST Audit u/s 35(5) of the CGST Act 2017, will be reckoned from JULY 2017 to MARCH 2018 and not from April 2017 to March 2018.
The same has also been clarified by the CBIC DEPARTMENT by way of Press Release.

The GST Aggregate turnover should be considered from Apr-17 to Mar-18 as mentioned in Section 35(5). It is mentioned as prescribed limit in financial year. Financial year is from Apr-17 to Mar-18.
