Gst audit turnover includes non taxable supply??

the client is in the business of real estate.
All the sales have taken place after OC which leads to non taxable supply.

So whether the client would be liable for gst audit.

note : sales is above 2 cr.

What You mean "Non Taxable Supply"...?
Since after OC gst is not applicable on the sale amount in real estate it comes under non taxable supply

It's exempted supply. And it's also calculate in aggregate turn over...
