yes because turnover exceeded 2cr in a financial year
Yes you are liable to file GSTR 9c as your Turnover exceeds 2 Crore
In my opinion only tax audit is required as total turnover exceeds 2 cr in a financial year but in GST period it is less than 2 cr so gst audit is not required. I think so I may be wrong.
