Is there any easy way to compare GSTR2A in Tally and Return? As we are aware Sep 30 is the last date to claim the Missed ITCs. Kindly someone help how to compare and find the differences of bills.

You can download the B2B invoices from GSTR 2A table. After that you can import into tally and reconcile it.
