We have applied a GST number of new company which was rejected. How many times a GST number application can be rejected by department? Is there any limit on making new applications?

There is no limits concept offers looking to valid documents if offers not satisfied what we upload documents then he further sending notice for additional clarification even that time he feels not valid documents then he can rejected the application just officer given one chance for further clarification

I mean to say if my gst application is rejected 5-6 times. Can I apply again and again after generating newTRN.

You may proceed to submit the the application for registration in GST REG01 with prescribed documents immediately.
