If fish exporter company purchase ice from Ice factory and same ice used by export company for their fish suppliers material what would be GST effect?. Whether it is to supply of ice to fish supplier or not?

Yes GST is applicable as per Principal supply , it will be fall under Composit Supply in term section 8 of CGST act , the tax rate will applicable which is principal supply (Fish)
