Business is Sale of flowers, paddy and maize and turnover is more than 20 Lakhs for this business Gst is applicable or not .

you have to take a GST registration but in invoice don't charge GST and mention as exempted if it is exemted goods and supporting notification no that's it and you have file GST returns regularly
