firm is allowing his employees to go on leave for their other personal consultancy business but firm receiving 20% of their consultancy .
whether firm should collect GST also on that fee received from staff and pay to govt.?

yes company have to pay gst on received of payment in the supply if you received any Cash then it would be a suppy
