GST applicable or not

we have contact with contractor for providing canteen service but raw material cost we (company) provide
so updates required for purchasing following good
1) grain purchase - like wear,rise,dal etc from provision stores
2) purchase salt (not confirm for brand), sugar,tea etc from provision store (kariya na shop)
3) purchase vegetables and fruits
4) purchase of utensils for factory kitchen
