sir i am registered in gst under rice and pulses trading business know i want to trade mark my own brand and supply
to retail customer is gst applicable on registered trade mark in rice business plz provide valuable advice

Yes, it's Applicable if your turnover excced 40,00,000

Yes it's taxable @ 5% (Branded Rice)
As per Notification 27/2017 CT (R),the registered brand name means:
a. A brand that is registered under the Trade Marks Act, 1999
b. A brand that is registered under the Copyright Act, 1974
Hence once you have registered the same it's cover under "branded" category & it's 5% GST is applicable on same
