I want to sale my car which is on my personal name my but i have proprietor ship company. Now is GST applicable on sale of car even books value zero.

If sale is with consideration GST will be applicable as per rate prescribed for old motor vehicle sale in notification no 08/2018 CT rate dated 25.01.2018.
