request pls submit any circular or not if GST not applicable on electricity if it is provided by service providers
If it is reimbursment of electricity bills from one is to one tenant, it cannot be termed as service, and GST not applicable.
If the common usage is shared by tenants themselves under mutual agreed terms, it will not be supply again.
