Supplier in such case can issue credit note with GST amount and dealer is required to reverse said Input tax credit

GST not applicable for the said credit note for discount. it's will be treat as financial credit and GST not applicable...

Supplier directly transfers discount amount to our ledger account without any credit note. Whether GST payable on it.
