We are transporters having referigerated trucks. One corporate customer hired our truck to store his goods temporarily at his premises. we have loaded the full truck and issued the consigenment note and charged him on day basis.Now which SAC code shall apply and rate of tax ?. Customer says it is not transportation. We say it is hiring and under transportation.It is not renting as there is difference between hiring and renting defined by High court of Uttrakhand. Will the RCM shall be applicable ?
