Hello Everyone,
One of the client is doing Freelancing work for US Client and receiving the amount in Dollars. His turnover is exceeding 20 Lakhs so he took GST.
Now he has to pay IGST @ 18% or is he eligible to apply for LUT ?
Please help.

You may apply for LUT and can raise the invoice without GST
