We have received Purchase order from UK,
We have to invoice UK Address and shipping address Bangalore.
Is it GST Applicable? Request you to kindly confirm for the same.

Is Bangalore address (shipping address ) registered under GST ?.

This is the case of 10(1)(b) of the IGST act 2017 . Bill to ship to , place of supply will be Principal place of business ,Same is UK . Therefore
you can apply for "Advance ruling " under section 97(2)(c) of the CGST act 2017 , for determination of Tax Liability . Also this is not case of Export because Goods are not leaving India .
