If you're receiving your charges or fees in Foreign currency, it must be Export of Services?

If it is so, it is mandatory for you to be registered under GST.

On careful reading of the law, a person is compulsorily required to register under GST if it is a case of inter-state supply, the export of goods/services is deemed to be inter-state supply.

If you need any help regarding the same, or registration for that matter, you may message me here.

In the case of inter-state supply also there is an exemption from registration upto the turnover of Rs. 20 Lakhs.
