Whether a service based company needs to charge gst & issue invoice for its indirect incomes say:
1. non usable office utilities sold.(scrap)
2. Interest on investments(F.D. mutual fund etc).
3. office interior for rented office which was originally booked as expense, now sold.
Please do help in getting answer for each issue.
scrap u have to issue invoice with GST tax
interest on FD is out of GST
if u sold as this to register dealer then charged GST
