Does entering into an agreement to not do some activity or Business be liable to GST?
Example: A partner retired from a business. He made an agreement with other partners to not continue the same Business for a period of 5 yrs
Or
I have licensed my patent to a party and have made an agreement with him that he can use my patent for Business purposes only in say Bangalore
in above two cases is GST liable?
