i am a supposed to take the project of write ups for which i will be getting money in foreign currency now my question is

am i to be covered under GST

secondly the people involved with me will be getting money as professional have i to deduct tds on them

pls advise

GST applicable at 18% in case if the turn over exceeds Rs. 40 lakhs per anum, irrespective of the currency.

TDS applicable at the rate of 10% under section 194J if the payments exceed Rs. 30000/-.
