Is Gst applicable on intrastate transfer with different GSTIN?

If GSTIN is different, it is deemed two different entities, so GST is applicable.

yes it is called supply not transfer. even now in case of branch transfer GST will be applicable.

It's not Transfer... It's called Supply and GST applicable...
