GST Applicability

Dear Experts,

One of my new client is having Construction company TO around 1 Cr/annum.

What and all the obligations involved in the GST compliance like GST rate, GST return Forms, TDS, any concept of 60% or 70% on goods & 40% or 30% on Labour charges as VAT Act.

Can any one guide in this regard.
