Catering & Cleaning services to an educational institution up to higher secondary is still exempt from GST?

Yes, services provided to educational institution still attracts no GST at all.

Yes Sir.. It is exempted.

Refer Notification No. 12/2017, CT dated 28.06.2017. It is still applicable.
