What action will be taken against an individual for non payment of GST to government while the income of the individual is more than Rs. 20 lakhs from an organization for providing services to that organization in a financial year?

person is liable to take registration as the threshold limit of Rs. 20,00,000 exceed
penalty would be tax payable or Rs. 10,000 which ever is HIGHER
