Gst and dtc applicability for the f.y. 2012-13? plz helpp..!

Can anyone please clarify as to whether DTC is made applicable for the Financial Year 2012-13 i.e., for the A.Y. 2013-14?

Also please clarify whether GST is made applicable for the F.Y. 2012-13?

Dtc not applicable in AY 2013-2014. GST to be applicable frm AUGUST 2012

Dear Go Green, I dont have much idea about the applicability of GST..But I think it will be applicable from A.Y.2013-14 since it is said to be operational from Aug 2012.

Are you two future CAs - Go Green( hereinafter referred to as GG) and Arunkumar - suffering from psychological disorders? For me, the answer is YES. If you two doubt it, please take your time out and consult a Psychiatrist or at least a Psychological Counselor, and you will get your answer.

If GG is suffering from Superiority Complex then Arunkumar is suffering from a form of Bipolar Disorder.

To explain why I have arrived at such a conclusion, in the briefest of expressions -

Case of GG : His case is common among English-dominated, so-called cultured youth of India. That's why he thinks that expression like " blindness, mentally retarded and many more." can serve as a sugar coating to a bitter pill. What do you mean by Mentally Retarded(MR), GG? Do you know who are MR or how anyone becomes an MR? Have you spent even a day of your life with these people - seen the plight of their family-members? You have used the word as an abusive one, - one that will hurt your adversary. Fantastic attack in self-defense !!! The whole of the CA fraternity should feel proud that one day you will honour them by joining them !!! ...

Case of Arun : You are the one who initiated, not too long an ago, two good topics, becoming of a seriousCA student. And it's you who have written the above blue and bold (from lay-out perspective) words. Are you a student of Gender Studies or Chartered Accountancy? Why are you so interested in GG's gender? Do you want " Popular Discussion" section to have study-related topics that contain such rubbish comments??? What you have said above is hopelessly disgraceful. If there was ever a shameful portrayal of one's self, then this is it - it's a model, in fact. What a great future Manager you would make !!!!

Controlling my belligerent mind with all my effort, I appeal to both of you - PLEASE WASH YOUR DIRTY LINEN PERSONALLY - and - Don't defame the coveted two words CA.

I would like to give a simple advice to both Go green and Arun. Please do not fight on internet. It is of no use dear members. Difference of opinion is a very common thing and a part of human nature. Kabhi –kabhi “harsh words” nikal jaata hain…so better avoid…
