GST AND DONE SET OFF BY MISTAKE

I have paid IGST by mistake and filed GSTR3B by declaring the same as liability but actually the same was not payable.
eg . Sales RS. 1000
CGST PAYABLE RS. 90
SGST PAYABLE RS. 90

I have also shown IGST by mistake RS. 90 with CGST and SGST and made set off of the same and filed GSTR 3B

My question is that what should i do? whether to claim ITC of the same or to pay and declare less tax in next return??

in next return there is no possibility of IGST payment liability..

One of the option is claiming refund

1.Tax paid on an intra-State supply which is subsequently held to be inter-State supply and vice versa

2.Excess payment of tax

3.any other: wherein you can mention the reason and claim back

i think any other option will be suitable in your case if you need not to pay igst but you mentioned wrongly

90rs you can adjust in subsequent month return..

small amount cannot be claim in refund
@ Mr. pritesh
how to adjust in next return by showing less tax liability or by claiming ITC??
this amount is not RS.90 actually it was just an example
By showing less tax in igst sale...
but I have no IGST sale and not possiblity in future also
