Gst & tds on tranport service availed from gta

We have received an invoice from GTA in which he has charged us fright & mentioned as GST payable @ 5% under RACM by service receiver.

means we have to pay tax @ 5%? also we can't take credit of the same?

should i deduct tds on transport?

please advise
