WHETHER I HAVE TO SUBMIT ANY DOCUMENTS OR NOT WHEN FILLING AMENDMENT OF GST REGISTRATION?

If you want to Change your "Trade name" in GST registration, than you can change it online through amendments in Registration details.

Not required to submit any documents/proof.
