box 6 Require bifercation in Input capital service so this bifercation it's as per 3b or as per 2a (assuming 2a is right) because my 2a is less..
if I show as per 2a then in 9c difference will come so that difference will be payable..
if I got for 3b bifercation then difference not come in 9c so guide me?

In my 3B 100 rs I claim but actually it's 110 rs to claim n plus my 2A show 90 rs so I have to give bifercation input capital & service so this bifercation should I give as pe my books because this is right but in 3b is auto populated

As per Notification 56/2019 CT , Taxpayer is not Required to give bifurcation in table 6 .
So first of all Your not required to give any bifurcation. 2ndly Report 100/- only in table 6 (as per 3B )

But in my books 110rs which is right but not claim then my 10rs lapse?

If Your books is 110 but you claimed 100 then c/f the 10 to next FY.
(note : here You are ask without FY). So, Bifurcation will be provide based on Your ITC which is claimed in GSTR 3B return as per GST act...)
Show the same in Annual returns.

Yes definitely the Rs.10/- will be get lapse.
