GTA people's are adding 5% on freight and collecting
am totally confused here
is GTA under RCM ?
plz help me with example plzzzzzz any expert

GTA is definitely under RCM, who pay tax under RCM, who is registered, but if service recipient is unregister then, it should be duty of GTA to collect GST.
