All Input From July 2017 to March 2018 any reversal in Input as not appearing in 2A then when do we need to rectify?

Yes, you have reconcile it. You have reverse ITC which is not reflected in GSTR2A.
but what is last date for that Sir?
You can reconcile before filing annual returns.
