Dear friends,
Total sales is rs. 27096 in month of november, and cgst -1837.8, and sgst-1837.8.
So, it is compulsory to pay this amount in gst poratl.
And it's effect is shown in our income tax return.

it's ok. but it is refundable through 26as or not. i m confuse regarding this.

GST is indirect taxes and not direct taxes... Indirect tax u revalidation receive from consumers or buyers and deposit it to government... Gst is not charged on u... U r working like govt agent for collect taxes and deposit it to government account

Income tax is charged on ur income and u will get refund for that if ur tds is more than ur tax payable by u...

Sale and purchase is booked in the books of accounts without including gst portion.... Hope now u will understand the concept
