Yes..All taxes at central level(Customs, Excise etc)  will be replaced by Central GST(CGST) and all taxes at state level( entertainment tax, luxury tax, VAT etc ) will be replaced by state GST(CGST)...

if GST will apply ,there will be two type of GST ,one State GST which covered all state taxes like VAT, Octori ,Entry tax  and anather will be Central GST which will covered All Central taxes like Excise Service Tax Custome Duty
