I am not able to file gst1 for the month of August and September.

yes today gstr 1 is not able to file .gstr summary gets more time .gstr-1 always show one error during file time but today it is continuously showing " gst summary not generated".
yes same problem is arising for me also
Try to logout and login after sometime.
This was GST protal issue. I too had same problem with one clien. Could not file return for mroe than 2 hours. Then finally filed return the next day morning.
