If I file Oct to Dec-18 GSTR 1 First and their after April -18 to Sep-18 .is it possible ?

Not possible as the portal will not allow you to do so
not possible at all
You have to file according to ascending order of the month. First file returns for April -18 to Sep-18 then Oct 18 to Dec-18 .
