In underwriting, after giving credit to A,B,C for marked, unmarked and firm underwriting all three turned negative. Did anyone face the same problem?

Goodwill Amt I got 28500
I think we should also deduct firm undertaking for calculating unmarked.
Goodwill amount is 18000
