sir, mine is a small shop with 14 people working, i wish to plan gratuity payments for my employees, as I am afraid that the business might undergo losses in future & I do not wish to risk the grautity amount of employees. A good planning for gratuity will bring peace of mind to me, may be if there is a provision to contribute to any gratuity fund, kindly advice
