If someone joining date in a company is 1 August 2018 and he resign on 1 August 2023 on completion 5 years, then is he liable for gratuity ? or he need to resign after 1 August 2023.
and how to claim gratuity?

1a)5 years of continuous service
1b)calculation is seperate.
