18 April 2019Sir Me Institute job karta tha. Mujhe 07/01/2013 se 31/03/2015 tak Cash Payment De rahe the. Uske bad mujhe 01/04/2015 laker 10/02/2019 tak Salary Bank Transfer Se mil Rahi thi. but Institute bol rahi ke tumhe sirf 4 years he complete huwa hai. Tumhe Gratuity nhi mil sakti he.

It seems you had been appointed on 01.04.2015 as employee. Institute might have not enrolled from earlier period. In that case wait for 1 more year for its eligibility.
